ZTA Infrastructure is the team behind The Grande in Meerut — a project defined not by announcements, but by execution: a stalled development turned around, delivered, and handed over, with UP RERA recognition along the way. We're now looking for someone to help tell that story to the world.

The Role

We're hiring an Online Content Producer to own our digital storytelling — from social media strategy to the video and graphics that bring it to life. You'll be the voice and visual identity of ZTA Infrastructure across platforms, translating real project milestones into content that builds trust with homebuyers, stakeholders, and the media.

What You'll Do

• Plan and manage social media calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
• Shoot and edit short-form video (reels/shorts) and longer-form content covering project progress, amenities, and community life
• Design graphics for announcements, RERA disclosures, floor plans, and press features
• Develop and execute marketing strategies that turn organic content into genuine buyer interest
• Coordinate with sales and leadership to align content with project milestones and business goals
• Track performance and adapt strategy based on what's working

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in social media management and content production (portfolio/reel required)
• Strong skills in video editing and graphic design (mention specific tools if you have preferences — e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva, Photoshop)
• Understanding of marketing fundamentals — audience targeting, content funnels, campaign basics
• Comfort working independently and owning a project end-to-end
• Real estate or infrastructure industry experience is a plus, not a requirement
• Strong storytelling instinct — someone who can find the narrative in construction updates and project milestones
