Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Online Bidder(Night shift work from office only)to join our team. This role is for candidates who are eager to learn and grow in online bidding, client communication, and project acquisition. will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities on freelancing platforms, preparing proposals, and effectively communicating with clients in fluent English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Search and identify potential projects on freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.
• Draft and submit professional proposals tailored to client requirements.
• Maintain excellent communication with clients to understand their needs and project scope.
• Collaborate with the business development and technical team to prepare competitive bids.
• Follow up with clients to build long-term relationships and secure projects.
• Keep records of proposals, ongoing bids, and conversions.
• Stay updated with bidding trends and best practices.

• Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Ability to draft clear, concise, and professional proposals.
• Must have experience working with Upwork
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Quick learner, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work in a team as well as independently.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

• Familiarity with IT services, software development,
• Knowledge of client relationship management.
