Role Description

The role requires excellent communication and collaboration skills to work closely with the sales and marketing teams. Additionally, the Online Bidder will negotiate with potential clients and participate in creating strategic plans for business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Find and bid on projects on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and Fiverr
• Understand client requirements and write customized proposals
• Communicate with clients and handle negotiations
• Follow up and convert leads into projects.

Requirements:

• Good English communication skills
• Basic knowledge of IT services
• Strong proposal writing and negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of Upwork (bidding, connects, profile handling)
