Position: Business Development Executive

Experience: 2-5 Years

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and bid on relevant projects through Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, and similar platforms.
  • Prepare customized proposals and respond to client queries promptly.
  • Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, referrals, and other digital channels.
  • Conduct initial client discussions and schedule meetings with the internal team.
  • Maintain and update the sales pipeline and follow up with prospects.
  • Coordinate with the delivery team to prepare proposals and estimates.
  • Achieve monthly lead generation and business acquisition targets.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in Upwork bidding and international client acquisition.
  • Excellent proposal writing and communication skills.
  • Good understanding of Digital Marketing services (SEO, Google Ads, Social Media, Website Development, etc.).
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Good To Have

  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar prospecting tools.
  • Knowledge of AI-powered sales and lead generation tools.
  • Previous experience selling digital marketing services to international clients.
