Role Description The Online Art Teacher at GuidElearn will design and deliver live and recorded virtual art classes for diverse age groups and skill levels. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning lessons, developing course materials, demonstrating techniques, providing constructive feedback on student work, and assessing progress. The teacher will use digital tools to manage classes, communicate with learners and guardians when applicable, and adapt content to different learning styles and cultural backgrounds. This is a full-time remote role that requires consistent online presence, timely responses to learner inquiries, and collaboration with the GuidElearn team to improve course offerings.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong lesson planning and curriculum development skills to create structured, engaging online art courses.
• Candidates should possess teaching and art education skills to support learners of varying ages, backgrounds, and skill levels.
• Candidates should possess practical painting skills and proficiency in other visual art mediums to demonstrate techniques effectively.
• Experience delivering online or blended learning, including familiarity with video conferencing and digital classroom tools.
• Relevant education in Fine Arts, Art Education, or a related field, or equivalent professional portfolio and teaching experience.
• Clear, inclusive communication skills and the ability to provide constructive, encouraging feedback in a virtual environment.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle full-time remote teaching and course administration.
