Designation: Senior Officer/ Assistant Director Placements (Hotel & Tourism)
Role Objective:
To drive high-quality core placements by building strong industry partnerships aligned with LPU’s academic programs, leveraging corporate sales, relationship management, and employer engagement expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage strategic relationships with industry partners aligned to LPU’s Hotel Management & Tourism.
- Lead end-to-end placement activities including employer onboarding, job mapping, campus drives, and offer closures.
- Generate placement opportunities through corporate sales outreach, account management, and industry networking.
- Achieve placement targets (number, quality, CTC, core-role alignment).
- Maintain placement MIS, employer database, and analytics for reporting and forecasting.
Desired Profile:
- Postgraduate with 2-8 years of experience in placements/ corporate sales/ business development, or key account management.
- Proven success in industry hiring, B2B sales, or talent acquisition partnerships.
- Strong understanding of core industry roles relevant to academic disciplines.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Target-driven, relationship-focused, and outcome-oriented mindset.
