Coordination with PSUs, IPPL marketing team, transporters, and customers for planning & loading of Tanker Trucks, packaged cylinders viz 425 kg, pipeline transfers & invoicing of the loads through SAP.
Coordination with Gantry operations and security personnel for uninterrupted flow of truck (IN/OUT) and ensuring tamper proof sealing of all IPPL trucks before dispatching.
Troubleshooting of SAP problems in liaisoning with IPPL HO, IOCL Manthan group.
Effective utilization of S&D related TAS and ensuring smooth functioning of Auto invoicing system.
Uploading of Ship unloaded qty details in SAP.
Preparation of Combined report viz Daily Dispatch Report, Daily Activity Report, SITREP, BP dispatch details etc.
Preparation of Monthly Reports viz MIS, IPPL stock report, Product Stock summary, TT mileage Report.
Stock Reconciliation and monitoring stock loss position.
OMC joint certificate
Joint ticketing for pipeline transfer.
Providing market intelligence & analysis for increasing terminal volume.
Coordinating with instrumentation department for uninterrupted functioning S&D equipment viz PC, Printer etc.
