Sales Executive (Lab Reagents, Consumables & Services)

PRIMARY ROLE

Our client is looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales & Marketing Associate to join their team. This role involves generating leads, expanding business opportunities, and promoting oligo products and sequencing services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

🔍 Lead Generation

• Identify prospective clients and arrange meetings to understand their requirements
• Share brochures/catalogues to provide product clarity

📈 Business Development

• Generate new prospects and expand business reach
• Follow up with clients to close orders
• Address client queries (technical/commercial) and provide necessary information
• Ensure timely sales and payment collections

📊 Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain and use client data for brand promotion
• Submit daily activity reports via WhatsApp/Microsoft Teams
• Provide detailed reports as per the requirement: Daily, Weekly, monthly, and Quarterly sales plan
• Lead reports and sales performance reports

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

• Solid understanding of Marketing & Sales principles
• Sound knowledge of Biology and Life Sciences
• Familiarity with biotech instruments and consumables
• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and the local language

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• Immediate Joiner preferred
• Experience: 1 – 3 Years
• Education: B.Sc / B.Pharm. / Any Graduate in Life Sciences
• Flexible and proactive attitude
• Willingness to take on additional duties as needed
