Job Description
- Key Responsibilities
- To track the productivity measures as per the GPA : Premium per agent , case rate , persistency, Paid cases per agent , CSG Calls, Retention Rate and annual WFYPstandards.
- To identify ,interview and select new Agency Development Managers
- Conduct weekly performance review (PRP) for ADMs
- To ensure retention of FLS by formulating their development plans , meeting their training needs and communicating with them on a regular basis .
- Maximise Profitability by utilizing Protection Sales and Cross-Sell
- Monitoring Employee parameters like Overall ADM meeting WFYP Standards and New ADM Success
