About The Role

As a Product Management Trainee, you will learn to translate product vision into meaningful Web, Mobile, and App experiences. This role is designed for freshers who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a fast-paced SaaS product environment. You will be trained on product workflows, customer needs, market understanding, and cross-functional collaboration.

Your primary focus will be to support the Product Management team while developing strong foundational skills. You will be aligned with our internal processes and trained to maintain the continuity of product execution. Additionally, you will be part of a structured talent pipeline designed to nurture future Product Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create product requirement documents (PRDs), feature briefs, and sprint inputs under guidance from senior team members.
• Translate product requirements into clear workflows, mockups, and user journey documentation.
• Help in usability testing, user research, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
• Work closely with Product Managers to support smooth and timely product execution.
• Communicate effectively with Product, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and Design teams to ensure alignment.
• Share progress updates, highlight blockers, and communicate early user insights using a structured, data-backed approach.
• Analyze basic product metrics, customer behavior, and feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare dashboards, reports, process documentation, and user stories.
  
  
  

Desired qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, BCA, MBA
• Prior experience of around 1 to 3 years in Product Management or relevant fields in Logistics Tech
• Strong interest in SaaS, Product Management, UX, analytics, or logistics tech.
• Good communication skills (written & spoken).
• Analytical mindset and eagerness to learn data-driven decision-making.
• Passion for problem-solving and innovation.
• Flair for UX/UI (preferred but not mandatory).
• Must be comfortable working in a high-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
