Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic and organized Office Administrator/HR to manage day-to-day office operations and support our team. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling administrative as well as human resource responsibilities efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:


Office Administration:

  • Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow for both Architectural and Structural engineering team
  • Handle CA coordination for taxes, office supplies, and facility management,
  • Maintain records, documentation, and filing systems
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and internal communications
  • Support management with administrative tasks

Human Resources:

  • Assist in recruitment process (screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding)
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
  • Support performance appraisal processes
  • Organize employee engagement activities and events
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in Administration & HR roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Acrobat and HR software tools
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and work collaboratively with a team

Salary range – 30,000 to 45,000 per month.
