Odoo Functional Consultant (Remote | India)

We are looking for an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant to join our growing team. This is a fully remote opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with clients, understanding business processes, and delivering practical Odoo solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze client business requirements

• Configure Odoo modules based on business needs

• Conduct user training and support client adoption

• Prepare functional documentation and process flows

• Coordinate with technical teams for customizations and integrations

• Perform system testing and assist with implementation activities

• Provide post implementation support and issue resolution

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant

• Strong understanding of Odoo business modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, Accounting, CRM, or HR

• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional solutions

• Excellent communication and client facing skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently

• Experience with manufacturing workflows is a plus
