We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Odoo Functional Consultant to lead and deliver software implementation and technology projects successfully. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, team coordination, and ensuring timely project delivery while maintaining the highest quality standards.


Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource allocation plans.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Identify project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
  • Escalate critical issues and drive timely resolutions to minimize project impact.

Team & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead cross-functional project teams and ensure effective collaboration across departments.
  • Coordinate activities between Development, QA, DevOps, Support, and Business teams.
  • Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure accountability across project teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and business partners.

Quality & Governance

  • Ensure project deliverables meet business objectives, technical requirements, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), track observations, and ensure successful sign-off before deployment.
  • Maintain project governance documents including project plans, meeting minutes, risk registers, change requests, approval records, CAB documents, and project closure reports.
  • Ensure compliance with SDLC processes, Agile/Waterfall methodologies, release management practices, and organizational governance standards.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Prepare project dashboards, status reports, and executive summaries for management and stakeholders.
  • Conduct project review meetings and follow up on action items.
  • Support conflict resolution and remove blockers affecting project delivery.
  • Monitor team productivity and recommend resource optimization strategies.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery efficiency.
  • Support audit readiness, compliance reviews, and project governance assessments.
  • Generate analytical reports and insights to support strategic decision-making.


Qualifications & Experience

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Project Coordination or Project Management roles.
  • Experience managing ERP, Odoo, or software implementation projects is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, Change Management, and Release Management processes.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams effectively.


Preferred Certifications

  • PMP (Project Management Professional)
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
  • PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certifications
