We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Non-IT Recruiter to handle end-to-end hiring for sales, operations, administration, finance, customer support, and other non-technical roles. The ideal candidate will manage sourcing, screening, and onboarding while ensuring timely closures and a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage full-cycle recruitment for non-IT roles (Sales, HR, Admin, Finance, Operations, Support, etc.).
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, walk-ins, and local networks.
Screen resumes and conduct preliminary telephonic or video interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up for feedback.
Schedule interviews and maintain candidate communication.
Negotiate offers and assist in onboarding documentation.
Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring dashboards.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
Ensure adherence to hiring timelines and recruitment policies.
Requirements :
1+ Years of Experience in Non IT Recruitement.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
Proven experience as a Non-IT Recruiter or HR Recruiter.
Hands-on experience in hiring for non-technical positions.
Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Quikr Jobs, etc.).
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic ATS/HRMS tools.
Preferred Skills :
Experience in bulk hiring and blue-collar recruitment.
Knowledge of local hiring markets and manpower agencies.
Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
