Key Responsibilities

• Understanding of RF principles
• Create radio frequency circuitry design, mixed signal board design, components, and systems.
• Proficiency in using HFSS software to model electromagnetic behavior and analyse signal propagation.
• Design of Power Amplifies, Combiners, splitters and RF switches.
• RF Power budget understanding & calculation.
• Design Knowledge ESM , Direction finding and ECM systems,
• Testing of RF components, power amplifier and devices in laboratory, anechoic chambers, and field tests to analyse and debug RF systems.
• Good knowledge on VSWR, impedance matching, Noise figure and S-Parameters testing.
• Design of tuneable RF filters.
• Troubleshooting interference.
• Mandatory knowledge on EMI/EMC and testing.
• Actively participate with cross-functional teams to integrate RF technology into defence and aerospace devices.
• Good Analytical skills to solve technical problems.
• Good Knowledge Mil standards 461E, EMI/EMC standards, Ruggedization etc
