Node Js Developer

We are looking for a skilled Node.js Developer with 6+ years of experience in building scalable backend systems in the travel/online booking domain. The candidate will be part of our product engineering team, contributing to APIs, microservices, and real-time travel solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain backend services and REST APIs using Node.js.

Design and implement microservices for travel booking, inventory, and payment workflows.

Optimize database queries and caching mechanisms for high-volume travel data.

Collaborate with frontend, QA, and product teams to deliver end-to-end features.

Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance system performance and reliability.

Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and Agile ceremonies.

Qualifications & Skills:

Strong knowledge of Express.js, REST APIs, and microservices.

Experience with databases: MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL.

Familiarity with Redis, RabbitMQ/Kafka for real-time or event-driven systems.

Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Good problem-solving skills, debugging, and optimization mindset.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
