Location: Karnataka (Field Role)

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard diagnostic centers and hospitals across Karnataka for CallHealth programs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing network partners to ensure smooth operations and service quality.
• Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding documentation, pricing negotiations, and service activation.
• Monitor partner performance, resolve operational issues, and ensure service delivery standards and TATs are maintained.
• Support network expansion in new geographies and strengthen coverage across districts.
• Conduct field visits and partner meetings regularly.
• Assist in contract renewals, partner engagement, and periodic reviews.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in healthcare network development, diagnostics, hospitals, or healthcare operations.
• Good understanding of diagnostic centers, hospitals, and healthcare ecosystem.
• Fluency in Kannada and English is mandatory.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Karnataka.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Preferred

• 2 - 3 Years of Experience working with healthcare networks, TPAs, insurers, or healthcare service companies.
• Familiarity with corporate health checkups, diagnostics, or hospital partnerships.
