Our team has a mix of cross functional skills bringing diverse set of project experiences in industry technology business and product project management skill sets It has a proven track record of executing large and complex transformation programs Some of our consultants work closely with our clients over a long period of time and become an integral part of clients transformation journey and their success stories We also have consultants who work with multiple clients and follow up with the new business opportunities in digital technologies such as the cloud the internet of things IoT analytics automation robotics and artificial intelligence AI

Role Overview

As we drive towards a merit based highperformance culture our focus is on inducting super charged talents into our team with high degree of commitment towards growth of our CC CMT team We are looking for consulting professionals with experience in transformation projects and those who have a consultative mindset to address customer pain points

Relevant Experience Levels Consultant 3 to 5 years Senior Consultant 6 to 12 years

Locations Chennai Bengaluru Hyderabad Pune NoidaGurgaon

Education Engineeringequivalent mandatory MBA highly preferred

Mandatory Skillsets And Experience

Collaborate with the client and Cognizant Tech Design teams to ideate new experiences features elaborate features into epics and stories document functional and nonfunctional requirements

Participate in product discovery phase and provide insights enhancements that would benefit the end customer

Take complete ownership of the product and monitor the product performance through relevant metrices

Exposure in creating business requirement document functional requirement document

Experience in creating workflows user stories and driving sprint grooming sessions

Experience working on large deals and business pursuits

Ability to effectively perform both in a team and as an individual

Should be proactive and selfstarter with ability to prioritize tasks vs time

Strong customer orientation and excellent research and problemsolving skills with a focus attention to detail Should have played client facing roles in previous projects

Balanced temperament towards work a blended characteristic of patience and always striving to achieve better value for the client and organization

Domain Skills

Experience in consultingoriented roles in media and entertainment industry businessstrategy process or technology areas

Good understanding of key media broadcasting entertainment studios business value chains workflow systems

Independently working and coordinating with the key stakeholders involved in the media processes

Exposure to areas like contracts and rights management ad sales rights and royalties content delivery OTT programming scheduling playout systems MAM DAM media finance

Understand the industry trends business imperatives strategic growth areas and underlying technology trends

Desirable Skills

Exposure and understanding of key digital battlegrounds such as IoT Edge Analytics and Cloud

Experience in using AGILE SCRUM principles and techniques

PMP CBAP CSPO CSM certifications are desirable

Exposure on Digital tools and platforms in Infra and application space

Working knowledge in project management tools like JIRA Confluence

Working knowledge in workflow modelers
