Position: Assistant Manager - Operations

Location : Gurgaon


Overview: As an Assistant Manager – Bus Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth

end-to-end bus operations across assigned routes. The role focuses on managing trip performance,

improving Net Promoter Score (NPS), maintaining high bus quality standards, and coordinating with

operators to deliver a safe, punctual, and comfortable journey for passengers. You will play a critical

role in optimizing operational efficiency and enhancing the overall customer experience.


What you will do:


Onboard and manage high-quality buses to maintain fleet standards and customer satisfaction.

Ensure on-time departures and arrivals by minimizing breakdowns through effective

coordination and preventive maintenance.

Own and manage the end-to-end NPS process, including analysis of customer feedback and

Implementation of improvement actions.

Monitor and ensure consistent bus quality, cleanliness, and comfort standards.

Optimize route efficiency by scheduling, allocating resources, and planning operations.

Track, evaluate, and improve operator performance with respect to safety, punctuality, and service quality.

Ensure 100% compliance with regulatory requirements, safety norms, and internal company

policies.

Identify operational gaps and continuously improve processes to enhance service delivery and

reduce disruptions.

Coordinate closely with internal teams such as supply, customer experience, and analytics to

resolve operational issues.


What we are looking for:

Masters/Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Minimum 3 years of experience in transportation, logistics, mobility, or operations

management.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with operators, internal

teams, and customers.
