Job Title: Senior .NET Developer Experience Required

6–10 years of hands-on experience in software design and development using Microsoft technologies.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET Developer with strong backend expertise to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level web applications and APIs. The ideal candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills, deep knowledge of .NET technologies, and the ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise web applications and APIs
  • Architect systems with high reliability, performance, and usability
  • Collaborate with product teams and stakeholders to define requirements and solutions
  • Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best coding practices
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
  • Work with cross-functional teams (onsite/offshore) for end-to-end feature delivery
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Participate in CI/CD processes and DevOps workflows
  • Ensure high-quality deliverables with attention to detail

Mandatory Technical Skills

  • Strong proficiency in:
    • .NET Framework / .NET Core
    • C#
    • ASP.NET, MVC Framework
    • Web API, RESTful Services
    • WPF, Web Services, Worker Services
  • Solid understanding of:
    • Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
    • Design Patterns & Principles
    • Multithreading
  • Experience with:
    • XUnit / Unit Testing
    • SQL Server (complex queries, stored procedures, joins, profiling)
    • Source control tools: Git / Bitbucket / SVN
    • JIRA Agile and Confluence
  • Knowledge of:
    • WCF, Windows Services
UI & Frontend Technologies

  • Angular (preferred)
  • Blazor (good to have)

DevOps & Tools

  • CI/CD pipelines
  • Jenkins (preferred)
  • Harness (good to have)
  • Knowledge of DevOps processes

Cloud & Additional Skills (Good To Have)

  • AWS services (SQS, SNS, Lambda)
  • Microservices architecture
  • Financial domain / Payment gateway experience
  • SQL Kata / Code Build

Soft Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking ability
  • Detail-oriented with problem-identification skills
  • Ability to explain technical architecture and data flow clearly
  • Team player with leadership mindset
  • Ability to work in US overlap timings (minimum 3 hours)

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in designing complex systems
  • Strong backend development background
  • Ability to work in agile and fast-paced environments
  • Experience working with distributed teams
