POSITION: National Sales Manager - INDIA

LOCATION: HOME OFFICE - INDIA


Reporting to: Regional Manager


Position Overview:


The Sales manager (SM) will be responsible for market development for PNY range of products and Sales revenue achievement in India. The SM will need to build strong relationships with partners on various levels, as well as acquire thorough knowledge about their business. The SM will also need to present technical solutions to IT departments, as well as non-technical people.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of direct and indirect customers
  • Build strong and positive relationships with clients at various level
  • Promote PNY Solutions for various verticals, (Professional graphics System Integrators, CSP)
  • Ensuring financial targets and company’s objectives are reached
  • Manage a team of Key Account Managers working remotely, lead them and insure their results.
  • Manage Stock and forecasting.
  • Manage Sell IN & Sales OUT from partners
  • Develop and report technical changes, innovations, competitor actions and other developments observed in marketplace
  • Perform any related duties as deemed necessary by company management


Professional Requirements:

  • Min. 7 years’ experience in B2B and channel sales @ INDIA is required
  • Technical knowledge of Professional Solutions (Workstation, Server & PC Components)
  • Fluent level of English required
  • Passion for business development.
  • Experience in managing a team.
  • Availability to travel in India and other countries (Middle East, Europe, Asian countries or others).
