This is a full-time, on-site position for a Multilingual Language Trainer based in Vadodara. The trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering interactive language training modules for students preparing for international standardized exams and language preparation courses such as IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, and French. Responsibilities include curriculum development, conducting both group and individual training sessions, providing feedback and assessments to monitor progress, and tailoring strategies to meet students' learning needs. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of exam patterns and integrating innovative methodologies into teaching practices.

• Proficiency in multiple languages, including English and French, with strong spoken and written communication skills
• Experience in teaching and training for international standardized exams such as IELTS, TOEFL-iBT, PTE, SAT, GRE, or GMAT
• Ability to design engaging and effective language training modules and instructional materials
• Knowledge of innovative teaching methods, online learning platforms, and blended learning techniques
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to cater to diverse learning styles and levels
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Linguistics, Education, English, or a similar field
• Certifications such as TESOL, TEFL, or DELF/DALF are advantageous
• Experience in academic assessment and familiarity with international knowledge benchmarks are beneficial
