About the Role:

Bandladder is hiring a Demo Trainer to conduct online demo sessions and explain our platform’s features, value, and working process to potential users.

The role involves presenting how our IELTS, PTE, and personal training services work, guiding users through the platform, and helping them understand the strategies and benefits offered. This position is ideal for candidates who are confident communicators and comfortable interacting with users in a professional setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct live demo sessions via Zoom or Google Meet
• Explain platform features, services, and learning flow clearly
• Demonstrate how IELTS and PTE training works on the platform
• Communicate strategies, value, and benefits effectively
• Handle basic user queries during sessions
• Maintain a professional and engaging interaction style
• 5-10 demo session per day

Requirements:

• Strong English communication skills (mandatory)
• Basic understanding of IELTS or PTE (important)
• Confident presentation and explanation ability
• Comfortable with online tools like Zoom or Google Meet
• Good interpersonal and client handling skills
• Prior experience in teaching, sales, or demos is a plus

Work Type:

Remote / Work From Home

Flexible timing based on scheduled demo sessions
