English Language Trainer ( French to English Trainer)

About the Role

Invertis University is seeking a dynamic and dedicated English Language Trainer to teach students from French-speaking (Francophone) countries. The role involves delivering engaging English language sessions both in-person on campus and simultaneously through online platforms, ensuring an interactive and inclusive learning experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver English language training tailored for Francophone/international students
• Conduct hybrid classes (offline + live online streaming)
• Focus on improving speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills
• Design lesson plans, assignments, and evaluation methods
• Adapt teaching methods to suit diverse cultural and language backgrounds
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback
• Support students in academic English and day-to-day communication
• Coordinate with academic and international teams for smooth delivery

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1 year of experience in teaching English (mandatory)
• Bachelor’s degree in English / Education / Linguistics or related field
• Strong command over spoken and written English
• Experience teaching international or ESL (English as a Second Language) students preferred
• Basic understanding of French language or Francophone culture will be an added advantage
