Position: Motorola Razr User Tester

Type: Contract

Compensation: $20 - $30/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week

Role Responsibilities

• Test and evaluate intelligent mobile workflows and app interactions using your own Motorola Razr device.
• Execute a variety of real-world scenarios on the Motorola Razr to ensure accurate data collection.
• Identify, document, and communicate software bugs, user experience issues, and unexpected agent behaviors.
• Collaborate closely with the customer's team and provide clear, actionable written and verbal feedback.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail during repeated test cycles and exploratory tasks.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of AI systems by providing high-quality, annotated feedback.

Requirements

• Own a Motorola Razr phone and have daily user expertise.
• Possess strong technical proficiency and comfort troubleshooting mobile device issues.
• Have demonstrated experience using mobile applications and navigating complex app environments.
• Exhibit exceptional attention to detail with a methodical approach to quality assurance tasks.
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills for providing thorough, constructive feedback.
• Hold a Bachelor s degree or higher in any field.
