Video Templates Moderator (After Effects, Premiere Pro & MOGRTs)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Video Templates Moderator to support our growing creative marketplace. This role focuses on maintaining production quality, content moderation, and curation of motion graphic templates including MOGRTs, Adobe After Effects templates, and Adobe Premiere Pro templates.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Work closely with business development leads and operations managers to ensure content meets technical and aesthetic standards, as well as business goals
Review metadata and keywords against Adobe Stock compliance and IP standards and guidelines
Perform and develop quality control checks on various asset types with meticulous attention to detail
Identifying feature improvements, recommending scalable and efficiencies for content review and production processes
Collaborate with internal teams on priorities, and process and tooling reviews and content moderation related projects

Required Skills & Experience:

Candidate should Have Excellent Communications Skills. ( Mandatory )
2+ year of relevant experience as a motion graphics designer, animator, or similar
Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro knowledge and MOGRTs production and Adobe Creative Cloud
Highly organized and with a love of process and project management
Problem-solving skills and well-versed in technical concepts
Strong curatorial abilities and quality evaluation skills
A strong foundation in post-production best practices
Experience in content production workflows and asset management tracking (such as Podio, Atlassian, or JIRA) is a plus
Knowledge of expressions and interest in UX/UI is a plus
