Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mortgage Sales Manager based in New Delhi. The Mortgage Sales Manager will oversee the sales process for mortgage products, analyze market trends to develop effective marketing strategies, and build relationships with current and potential clients. Responsibilities include managing a high-performing sales team, ensuring targets are achieved, and providing excellent customer service to clients. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless mortgage lending processes and promoting financial services offered by the bank.

- Extensive knowledge of the Mortgage Industry, Mortgage Lending practices, and Finance

- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify opportunities and resolve challenges
- Educational background in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Familiarity with regulations and compliance in the banking or mortgage sectors is a plus
