Monitoring & Evaluation Expert

We are hiring for the position of Monitoring & Evaluation Senior Expert for the prestigious Programme Management Consultant (PgMC) assignment with Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority (APCRDA).

This is an opportunity to contribute to the development of Amaravati Capital City, one of India's most ambitious urban infrastructure and smart city projects. The selected professional will play a key role in monitoring, evaluating, and reporting the progress of major infrastructure initiatives while supporting effective programme delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the progress of infrastructure projects against approved schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Develop and implement Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) frameworks, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms.
• Track project performance, identify risks, delays, and deviations, and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare periodic progress reports, dashboards, presentations, and analytical reports for APCRDA.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors, and government stakeholders to ensure timely project execution.
• Support programme-level planning, monitoring, and evaluation activities across multiple infrastructure projects.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with project governance and reporting requirements.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with a Master's Degree in Management from a reputed institution.
• Experience in Monitoring & Evaluation of large-scale infrastructure, urban development, smart city, transportation, or government projects.
• Strong knowledge of project monitoring methodologies, reporting systems, and performance evaluation.
• Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder coordination, and report-writing skills.
• Experience working with Government agencies, PMCs, or Infrastructure Consultancy projects will be preferred.
