Responsibilities

This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities including a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as computer science information systems math or engineering or equivalent education and experience. Five plus years of experience designing coding and releasing applications for a mobile platform. Five plus years of combined experience with Flutter Dart Objective C Swift Java or Kotlin. Two plus years of experience writing unit tests and or test driven development. Experience with methodologies policies standards processes systems and measurements that enable the enterprise to effectively manage software assets. Ability to self start with excellent analytical communication and problem solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and be capable of dealing with conflicting priorities with ease. Ability to train and mentor junior developers in software development. An innovation and automation mindset with experience in Agile methodologies. Understanding of continuous integration and continuous delivery. Knowledge of clean architecture principles. Collaboration with design and engineering teams to drive digital development initiatives. Capacity to drive a culture of change excellence and innovation that constructively challenges the status quo and leads to prudent experimentation. Experience with ADA tools using Evinced JAWS and Voice Over.
