Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Flutter Developer with 5–7 years of software development experience, including 3+ years of hands-on Flutter development, to build high-performance, scalable, and visually appealing cross-platform mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Flutter, Dart, mobile architecture, API integration, state management, and application performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable code following clean architecture principles.
Collaborate with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, QA Engineers, and Backend Developers to deliver high-quality applications.
Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party SDKs.
Implement responsive UI components with pixel-perfect designs.
Optimize application performance, memory usage, and startup time.
Write unit tests, widget tests, and integration tests.
Troubleshoot and resolve application bugs and production issues.
Participate in code reviews and mentor junior Flutter developers.
Ensure application security and follow mobile development best practices.
Publish and maintain applications on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
Stay updated with the latest Flutter releases and mobile development trends.

Required Skills

Must-Have Skills

5–7 years of software development experience.
Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Flutter.
Strong programming experience in Dart.
Experience developing applications for both Android and iOS.
Strong understanding of Flutter widgets, animations, navigation, and custom UI development.
Experience with State Management:

Provider
Riverpod
Bloc/Cubit
GetX (any one or more)

Experience integrating REST APIs and JSON parsing.
Knowledge of Firebase services:

Authentication
Firestore
Cloud Messaging (FCM)
Crashlytics
Analytics

Experience with local databases such as SQLite or Hive.
Strong understanding of asynchronous programming (Future, Streams).
Experience with Git and version control.
Knowledge of mobile application architecture (MVVM, Clean Architecture).
Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of Fastlane, Codemagic, GitHub Actions, or Bitrise.
Experience with Push Notifications.
Experience working with WebSockets.
Familiarity with GraphQL.
Experience with native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift) is an advantage.
Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Equivalent practical experience is also considered.

Good to Have

Experience publishing apps to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
Experience with payment gateway integration.
Experience with Google Maps and location services.
Knowledge of app security and data encryption.
Exposure to AI-powered mobile features is an added advantage.
