Role Description As an Experienced Flutter Developer at IENERGY®, you will design, build, and maintain high-quality cross-platform mobile applications that integrate with the IENERGY NETZERO® ecosystem. You will collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers to translate business requirements into performant, scalable, and secure Flutter solutions. Daily responsibilities include writing clean, testable code; integrating REST and GraphQL APIs; optimizing app performance; and troubleshooting issues across Android and iOS devices. You will participate in code reviews, maintain documentation, and contribute to architectural decisions and best practices for mobile development. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart, including experience with state management solutions (e.g., Provider, Bloc, Riverpod) and widget-based UI development.
• Hands-on experience with mobile app architecture, RESTful and GraphQL API integration, and working with JSON and asynchronous programming.
• Knowledge of native Android (Kotlin/Java) and/or iOS (Swift) concepts, including platform channels, app lifecycle, and deployment to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Experience with performance optimization, debugging, unit and integration testing, and using tools such as Firebase, analytics, and crash reporting.
• Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications, and collaborative development workflows in agile or scrum environments.
• Ability to work closely with designers to implement responsive, accessible, and pixel-perfect UI, following modern design systems and UX best practices.
