Our clients include some of India's leading brands across BFSI, FMCG, Construction, IT, Agro Chemicals, and Automotive. 

My Incentives is a no-code platform that delivers four core outcomes for our clients: 

1. Real-time incentive automation — ingesting sales data and calculating payouts with zero manual effort 
2. Gamification and motivation — keeping the brand and sales targets top of mind for frontline and channel reps 
3. Leadership visibility — giving regional sales heads a live view of team performance 
4. Fraud and leakage elimination — ensuring every payout is accurate and tamper-proof 

We are looking for a Mid-Level Flutter Developer who can take ownership of building and maintaining high-performance cross-platform applications. You will collaborate closely with product managers and backend engineers to translate complex layouts into clean, bug-free, and highly responsive user interfaces for both Android and iOS.

Key Responsibilities :  

1.Feature Development 

• Design, develop, test, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart. 
• Develop reusable, modular, and maintainable code following coding standards and best practices. 
• Participate in feature estimation, technical design discussions, and sprint planning. 

2.Application Architecture 

• Build scalable and maintainable applications using architecture patterns such as Clean Architecture or MVVM. 
• Implement robust state management using Bloc, Riverpod, Provider, or equivalent frameworks. 
• Ensure proper dependency management and modular application structure. 

3.API & Third-Party Integrations 

• Integrate RESTful APIs and handle authentication mechanisms such as JWT or OAuth. 
• Implement third-party SDKs including analytics, payment gateways, social login, maps, and push notifications. 
• Work closely with backend teams to define and optimize API contracts. 

4.Performance & Quality 

• Profile applications using Flutter DevTools to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks. 
• Optimize application startup time, rendering performance, memory utilization, and battery consumption. 
• Ensure smooth UI interactions and responsive user experiences across devices. 

5.Native Platform Integration 

• Develop native integrations using Platform Channels whenever Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift) functionality is required. 
• Understand platform-specific lifecycle events, permissions, and device capabilities. 

6.Release Management 

• Manage Android and iOS application builds, signing, versioning, and releases. 
• Publish and maintain applications on Google Play Store and Apple App Store. 
• Support CI/CD pipelines for automated builds and deployments. 

7.Collaboration 

• Work closely with UI/UX designers to implement pixel-perfect interfaces. 
• Collaborate with QA teams to resolve defects and improve application quality. 
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development standards. 

Technical Requirements 

Core Skills 

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Flutter application development. 
• Strong proficiency in Dart programming language. 
• Experience developing and maintaining production-grade Android and iOS applications. 

Mobile Architecture 

• Strong understanding of Clean Architecture, MVVM, SOLID principles, and design patterns. 
• Experience implementing scalable state management using Bloc, Riverpod, Provider, or similar frameworks. 

UI Development 

• Ability to convert Figma or Adobe XD designs into responsive, pixel-perfect Flutter applications. 
• Experience building custom widgets, animations, and adaptive layouts for multiple screen sizes. 

Networking & Data 

• Strong experience integrating REST APIs. 
• Good understanding of JSON serialization, asynchronous programming, and error handling. 
• Experience with local persistence using Hive, SQLite, Isar, SharedPreferences, or Firebase Firestore. 
• Understanding of offline-first application design and caching strategies. 

Platform Knowledge 

• Working knowledge of Android and iOS application lifecycle. 
• Experience with Platform Channels and native integrations. 
• Understanding app permissions, deep linking, and background services. 

Development Practices 

• Strong proficiency in Git and collaborative development workflows. 
• Experience using Flutter DevTools for debugging and performance profiling. 
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions, Codemagic, Bitrise, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins. 

Testing 

• Experience writing Unit Tests and Widget Tests. 
• Familiarity with Integration Testing is an added advantage. 

Preferred Skills 

Candidates with experience in any of the following will have an advantage: 

• Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Messaging, Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config)
