We manage multi-crore monthly advertising budgets and are looking for an exceptional Senior Meta Ads Specialist who has proven expertise in scaling fundraising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Meta Ads Specialist who can independently manage large-scale Meta advertising campaigns, optimize donor acquisition, improve ROAS, reduce CPA, and lead a performance marketing team. The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in fundraising campaigns, Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), event tracking, campaign automation, attribution, audience scaling, and performance optimization.

This role requires strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to scale campaigns with monthly budgets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and scale Meta advertising campaigns for NGO and crowdfunding initiatives.
  • Manage high-budget Facebook and Instagram campaigns across India and international markets.
  • Optimize campaigns for donations, fundraising, lead generation, and donor acquisition.
  • Develop advanced audience strategies using Custom Audiences, Lookalike Audiences, Value-Based Audiences, and Broad Targeting.
  • Implement and optimize Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), Offline Conversions, and advanced event tracking.
  • Continuously improve ROAS, Cost per Donation (CPD), Cost per Acquisition (CPA), CTR, and Conversion Rate.
  • Conduct A/B testing for creatives, copy, landing pages, audience segments, placements, and bidding strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with content creators, video editors, designers, and campaign managers to maximize campaign performance.
  • Analyze campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Looker Studio, and other reporting tools.
  • Create dashboards and present actionable insights to senior management.
  • Identify campaign bottlenecks and implement scalable optimization strategies.
  • Stay updated with Meta algorithm changes, policy updates, fundraising best practices, and emerging advertising trends.
  • Lead, mentor, and train a team of Meta Ads Executives and Performance Marketers.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely campaign launches for major festivals, emergencies, and fundraising drives.
Required Qualifications
  • 5–8+ years of hands-on experience in Meta Performance Marketing.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in NGO, crowdfunding, fundraising, charity, or nonprofit advertising.
  • Demonstrated success managing monthly Meta ad budgets of ₹1 Crore or more.
  • Strong understanding of Meta Pixel, CAPI, Events Manager, Attribution, Aggregated Event Measurement, and campaign diagnostics.
  • Expertise in campaign structures, scaling strategies, bid optimization, and budget allocation.
  • Experience running donation-focused and fundraising campaigns is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, GA4, and reporting dashboards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to perform under pressure during high-volume fundraising campaigns and seasonal drives.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with crowdfunding platforms and nonprofit fundraising.
  • Knowledge of Meta Fundraising Products and Donation Campaigns.
  • Familiarity with CRM integrations and donor journey optimization.
  • Understanding of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, or similar platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of Google Ads and cross-channel attribution is an added advantage.
