Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Gurugram for a Merchant Onboarding & Growth Executive. The primary responsibilities include onboarding and educating new merchants, providing ongoing support to ensure their success, and building strong partnerships to foster growth. The executive will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance merchant experiences, resolve operational issues, and identify opportunities to drive engagement and revenue growth for the platform.

  • Proven skills in Client Onboarding, Merchant Support, and Relationship Management
  • Experience in developing merchant partnerships and cultivating business growth
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of the fintech/digital payments industry is highly desirable
  • Ability to proactively identify opportunities to enhance merchant satisfaction and platform utilization
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting to track merchant performance and suggest improvements
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and familiarity with digital payment technologies is an advantage
