Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Internal Auditor located in Bharuch. The Internal Auditor will be responsible for evaluating and improving the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes within the organization. Key tasks include conducting audits of financial processes, preparing reports with recommendations, assessing compliance with policies and regulations, and identifying opportunities for operational improvements. The role also involves collaborating with teams to ensure risk mitigation and adherence to internal controls.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of financial auditing, internal controls, and risk management principles
• Proficiency in evaluating compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards
• Analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, along with the ability to prepare detailed reports
• Proficiency with accounting software and tools commonly used in internal audits
• Qualifications such as CA, CPA, CIA, or equivalent certifications are an advantage
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in team settings and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with the financial and regulatory environment in India is preferred
