Career Opportunity Description
The main focus of this role is to support client Implementation and Account Setup activities. This is both an internal and external facing job requiring communication with eHealth technologies customers to set up user accounts as well as internal team members to set up and test new customer setups and optimizations.

Career Opportunity Description
The main focus of this role is to support client Implementation and Account Setup activities. Primary Responsibilities
- Support the US Implementation team.
- Managing incoming requests for new user adds.
- Communicating with customers regarding new user adds.
- Managing incoming requests for account changes.
- Assisting the Implementation team with configuring new accounts.
- Working with IT support on Indexing configuration changes.
- Testing indexing configurations.
- Fully updating all documentation regarding changes.
- Current customer maintenance
- Establishing, developing, and building relationships with your customers.
- Helping operations in the case of emergency.
- Helping your customers meet and surpass their problems.
- Facilitating the successful launch of your services.
- Deep understanding of customers concerns and thoughts regarding the use of service, and the ability to troubleshoot as needed.
- Excellent Communication Skills Both Written and Verbal - English (VAN-C Trained)

- Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
- Ability to work on Salesforce
