(Meraki Support & SD-WAN)

Project: Meraki Support and Migration

Duration: 3 Months (Extendable)

Location: Mumbai (Onsite)

Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled Network Engineer with hands-on experience in Cisco Meraki, SD-WAN, and Wireless technologies. The candidate will be responsible for supporting, troubleshooting, and assisting in migration activities for the client’s network infrastructure.

The role requires strong technical expertise along with excellent communication and documentation skills to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities Network Support & Operations

  • Provide L1/L2 support for Cisco Meraki network infrastructure
  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues related to LAN/WAN and SD-WAN
  • Handle incidents, service requests, and escalations within defined SLAs

SD-WAN Implementation & Troubleshooting

  • Support SD-WAN deployment, configuration, and optimization
  • Troubleshoot connectivity, routing, and performance issues
  • Ensure high availability and network stability across sites

Wireless (Wi-Fi) Management

  • Perform Wi-Fi site surveys using Ekahau tool
  • Analyze coverage, interference, and performance issues
  • Assist in wireless network design and optimization

Meraki Support & Migration

  • Assist in Meraki device configuration and migration activities
  • Support switch, firewall, and access point deployments
  • Work on firmware upgrades, backups, and configuration changes

Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare and maintain:
    • Network documentation
    • Configuration details
    • Project reports and presentations
  • Use tools like MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting and tracking
Client Coordination

  • Interact with client stakeholders for updates and issue resolution
  • Provide clear communication on incidents, progress, and risks
