Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Process Trainer, based in Delhi/ Indore/ Ahmedabad with the flexibility for some remote work and travel. The Process Trainer will be responsible for identifying training needs, conducting new hire training sessions for our field partners, developing training modules, and delivering them effectively to enhance team performance. The role involves preparing and conducting presentations, analyzing performance metrics for process improvement, and ensuring a high level of communication and engagement during the training process.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Training Needs Analysis and experience conducting engaging New Hire Training sessions
  • Strong Presentation Skills and the ability to communicate complex processes effectively
  • Exceptional Analytical Skills for assessing performance metrics and identifying areas for process improvement
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear and effective information delivery
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work setup
  • Experience in process training within the healthcare industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
