We are looking for a motivated MEP Project Engineer (Tendering) to join our growing team. The role involves preparing competitive tenders, BOQs, and cost estimates for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works. The candidate will coordinate with consultants, vendors, and project teams to ensure accurate submissions and cost‑effective procurement aligned with project requirements.

• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and tender submissions for MEP works.
• Conduct quantity take‑offs from drawings and specifications.
• Analyze tender documents, technical requirements, and project scope.
• Source quotations from suppliers and subcontractors; negotiate pricing.
• Review MEP drawings and specifications for accuracy.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, and project managers.
• Ensure compliance with IS codes, NBC, and local authority norms.
• Prepare comparative statements, tender clarifications, and reports.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in MEP tendering, estimation, or procurement.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, materials, and construction practices.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office Suite.
• Familiarity with local supplier and subcontractor markets.

• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent negotiation and supplier management abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Effective communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tenders under tight deadlines.
