Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified and experienced MEP Engineer to join our project team at Thoothukudi, Tamilnadu. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works in coordination with civil construction activities, ensuring proper integration with structural and architectural elements.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor MEP installation works at the project site.
- Coordinate MEP activities with civil execution team to ensure smooth project progress.
- Review MEP drawings, layouts, and technical specifications before execution.
- Ensure installation of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and Drainage systems as per approved drawings and standards.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site engineers for technical clarifications.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality procedures.
- Monitor material usage, installation quality, and site progress.
- Prepare and maintain site reports, inspection records, and progress documentation.
- Identify and resolve MEP-related technical issues during construction.
- Assist in testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering.
- 3–7 years of experience in MEP execution for building construction projects.
