Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in modern JavaScript technologies, especially React, Node.js, and TypeScript. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in building scalable web applications, designing APIs, and contributing to front-end architecture and engineering best practices.

This role also requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and the ability to mentor junior engineers through code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Must-Have Skill Set

5+ years of professional experience in JavaScript and TypeScript
5+ years of hands-on experience with React.js

Hooks, component composition, routing, and forms

5+ years of experience with Node.js

Building backend services using Express or NestJS

Strong experience designing and consuming REST or GraphQL APIs
Experience working with SQL and/or NoSQL databases
Strong understanding of front-end architecture, including:

State management
Design systems
Component reusability
Performance optimization
Accessibility (a11y) best practices

Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest / React Testing Library
Proficiency in Git-based workflows and CI/CD pipelines

GitHub Actions / GitLab CI / Jenkins

Experience with environment configuration and version/artifact management
Proven experience working in collaborative Agile teams
Experience mentoring developers via code reviews, pair programming, or technical workshops
Stable career history is mandatory

Nice-to-Have Skill Set

Exposure to Next.js, Remix, or other React meta-frameworks (SSR/SSG)
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
Hands-on experience with Docker and basic infrastructure pipelines
Understanding of micro-frontend architecture
Experience contributing to design systems or shared component libraries
Familiarity with observability tools

Logs, metrics, traces

Experience with production performance monitoring and optimization tools

Additional Requirements

Total experience must align with the role expectations
Salary expectations should fit within the defined budget range
Candidate must be able to provide complete documentation for background verification (BGV)
Must be open to working in a hybrid model from Trivandrum
