Role Description

This is a full-time remote Membership Manager & Administrator role at 3AI, focused on enhancing member engagement and growth. The Membership Manager will develop and implement membership growth strategies, foster strong relationships with new and existing members, and ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities will also include managing member accounts, overseeing membership renewals, coordinating events, and analyzing membership metrics to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Membership Management and Customer Service to ensure seamless member experiences and engagement
• Strong Analytical Skills for tracking and interpreting membership data to inform strategic decisions
• Excellent Communication skills to engage with members and stakeholders effectively
• Experience in Event Planning, particularly for professional events, conferences, and workshops
• Proactive, detail-oriented and capable of working independently in a remote environment
• Proficiency in membership management software tools
