We are looking for a dynamic and organized HR Generalist/Executive to join our team in Bangalore. This is a critical role focused on supporting our growing workforce, ideally within the semiconductor or electronics sector. Key Details

Location: Bangalore (In-office)
Work Schedule: 5 days a week
Experience: Minimum 2 years (Industry experience in Semiconductors/Electronics preferred

Role & Responsibilities

As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth operations and a positive workplace culture.

Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing candidates via LinkedIn and job portals, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Onboarding: Handle seamless documentation and orientation for all new hires.
Operations & MIS: Maintain accurate employee records and manage the HR Management Information System (MIS).
Payroll & Attendance: Support payroll inputs, track attendance, and manage leave records.
Employee Engagement: Coordinate training sessions and organize engagement activities to foster a productive work environment.
Compliance: Ensure all HR activities comply with internal policies and labor laws; act as the first point of contact for employee queries.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
Sourcing: Proven experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other major job portals to find niche talent.
HR Knowledge: Solid understanding of HR operations, basic labor laws, and statutory compliance.
Self-Starter: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
