Role Description

This is a contract, on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive based in the Pune Division. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for lead generation, interacting with potential clients, providing excellent customer service, promoting our training institute’s offerings, and achieving sales targets. The role involves following up on leads, maintaining accurate client records, and collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.


Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Inside Sales.
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities
  • Experience in Sales and business development
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and maintaining accurate client records
  • Ability to work on-site at our Pune location
  • A self-motivated and results-driven attitude
  • Prior experience in the education or training industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
