Job Description
Hiring Medical Officer:
- Strong foundation in Medicine with the ability to perform clinical assessments, diagnoses, and evidence-based treatment.
- Demonstrated Patient Care skills, including compassionate communication, counseling, and follow-up management.
- Experience in basic Surgery or assisting in surgical procedures, with attention to safety and aseptic techniques.
- Ability to collaborate effectively while Working with Physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Capability to provide Training or guidance to nursing and support staff on clinical protocols and patient safety.
- MBBS degree from a recognized Indian institute and at least 2 years of post-internship clinical experience.
- Valid medical registration with the appropriate Indian medical council and familiarity with local healthcare regulations.
- Strong documentation skills, ability to handle clinical workload, and readiness to work in an on-site hospital or clinic setting in Bathinda.
