Medical Representative (Medical Devices) – Chennai

About Company:

Cre-AID Labs is expanding the reach of MITHRIL Splints, an bioplastic thermoplastic casting and splinting solution. We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Associate to grow our presence across hospitals and clinics in Chennai.

Responsibilities:

• Drive on-ground sales through clinic and hospital visits
• Conduct product demos and support patient fittings
• Build strong relationships with therapists and clinicians
• Meet monthly sales targets and maintain CRM reports
• Share field insights to support growth and service excellence

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in medical device sales
• Graduation in Health Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmacology, Biomedical Engineering, or related background
• Proficiency in English and Hindi
• Strong communication skills and comfort with regular field travel

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary:
• Fresher: 18,000 – ₹23,000 / month
• 3-4 y/o exp: 28,000 – 38,000 / month
• Quarterly performance-based incentives
• Daily travel allowance
