Duties & Responsibilities
New team member is required to work from office.
As Customer Support Specialist your primary goal will be to keep track of all company customers and provide technical support.
Primary responsibilities will include
- Provide technical support, perform installations, and conduct training services to users of AdriaScan software solutions
- Receive, record, analyse, and resolve AdriaScan’s clients’ requests for assistance and/or additional information
- Communicating with customers via phone and email
- Solving problematic customer situations in coordination with other company departments
- Keeping customer accounts and information up to date in Salesforce
Required Knowledge, Skills & Experience
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will need the following knowledge, skills, and experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer services or customer support role
- Working experience with customer support software solutions
- Working experience with CRM – Salesforce CRM experience is an advantage
- Very good communication and collaboration skills
- Very good knowledge of English language (spoken and written)
- Very good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of second European language (Spanish, German, French) is an advantage
- BSc in Information Technology or relevant diploma
