Why are we hiring for this position?

To expand our capability on both sides of paid media: running Meta and Google Ads campaigns with our own hands, and coaching clients to launch, optimize, and scale theirs. Most media buyers can do one. This role does both.

What does the ideal candidate look like?
  • 3+ years of hands-on paid customer acquisition across Meta and Google Ads, with daily budgets in excess of ₹50K
  • In-depth knowledge of Meta Ads with Conversions/Sales as the goal, and working command of Google Ads for lead gen
  • Strong grip on tracking — Meta Pixel, GA4, UTM parameters. GTM is a plus.
  • Experience with WordPress, GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, and other page builders for setting up or verifying conversion tracking codes
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel — you track spend, leads, sales, ROAS, CPL, and CPA without being asked
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to provide insights regularly from current and historical data and trends
  • Willingness to unlearn and relearn quickly if the situation demands
  • Experience running ads for coaches, consultants, or service businesses puts you at the front of the line
What you'll own

Half your week is inside ad accounts. The other half is coaching clients across Blue and X to run their own. You own three numbers:

  • Lead Quality — every account you run or coach holds a Lead Quality Score above 40%. That means (high-quality leads ÷ total leads) × 100 must clear 40, whether your hands are on the account or the client's are.
  • Launch Velocity — campaigns go live fast. No account sitting idle waiting on setup, tracking, or approvals.
  • Scaling Wins — minimum 2 documented ad results per quarter, per account. First campaign live, first profitable scale, CPL dropped. Real outcomes you can point to.
What you'll actually do
  • Run Meta and Google Ads campaigns end to end — campaign structure, audiences, creative testing, daily optimization.
  • Track ad spend, leads, sales, ROAS, CPL, and CPA in Google Sheets, and report what the numbers mean, not just what they are.
  • Own tracking across accounts — Pixel, GA4, UTMs, basic GTM. When it breaks, you catch it first.
  • Set up client ad infrastructure — Meta Business Manager, ad accounts, pixels, Google Ads.
  • Consult 1-1 and in group sessions on launch, optimization, and scaling.
  • Diagnose why a client's leads are weak and fix the targeting, creative, or offer feeding the ads.
Non-negotiables
  • 3+ years running Meta and Google campaigns with your own hands — not supervising someone who does.
  • You know lead gen cold — not just traffic, but lead quality.
  • You know the latest Meta Andromeda update and how it changes how campaigns are built and scaled today.
  • Your tracking is airtight. A misfiring pixel or a broken UTM gets caught by you, not by the client's sales team.
  • You love teaching and can make complex topics fun to learn.

Compensation
  • Competitive Base (6-8 LPA depending on your current skill level) + incentive tied to your lead quality numbers and client wins.

  • Client scaling wins and renewals
