Job Description

What we do

We build products from scratch — idea → design → prototype → manufacturing.
No theory-only work here. Everything we do gets built, tested, and shipped.

What you’ll actually be doing

Designing real parts (SolidWorks / Fusion 360)
Working with 3D printers, CNC machines & prototyping tools
Breaking, fixing, and improving designs (a lot)
Coordinating with vendors and getting things done
Being involved in real client projects from day one

Who this is for

Mechanical freshers who like building things, not just designing on screen
People who are curious, hands-on, and don’t wait to be told everything
Someone who’s okay figuring things out when there’s no clear answer

You don’t need to know everything
We’ll train you. What matters is attitude, interest, and willingness to learn fast.

Bonus points if you’ve

Built anything (college projects, personal builds, etc.)
Used any CAD software
Worked with machines, tools, or fabrication

Compensation:

Probation Period: 3 months
During this time, you will work on real projects and gain hands-on experience in product development. Based on performance, the role will transition into a full-time position.
