Front End Customer Support

Location: Parel/ Prabhdevi (5 mins walking distance from station. Easy to commute)

Experience: 1–3 Years 


Your Role -

We're looking for a proactive, tech-savvy, and customer-focused executive to ensure smooth interactions with our enterprise clients, from order placement to delivery and support. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment, this role is for you!


Key Responsibilities -

  • Handle incoming calls and emails related to order status, shipping, and support.


  • Assist clients in placing orders through our online portal and ensure timely deliveries.


  • Coordinate with the sourcing team for product availability and updates.


  • Process offline quote requests received from the Estimate team.


  • Support the Sales Managers with custom offline jobs and job follow-ups.


  • Monitor user feedback, manage certificate dispatches, and assist in marketing-driven service tasks.


  • Act as the customer’s representative internally—ensuring top-notch service at every stage.


What Makes You a Great Fit?

  • 1–3 years of customer support experience (preferably in e-commerce or B2B domains).


  • Comfortable with email communication and online order systems.


  • Proficient in MS Excel or Google Sheets (basic to advanced level).


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


  • A natural problem-solver with good negotiation and persuasion skills.


  • Tech-savvy and familiar with e-commerce platforms on a personal level.


  • Strong time management and ability to handle multiple priorities.


  • A team player who takes initiative and owns their responsibilities.
